Customers with maintenance agreements have immediate access to our Help Desk experts for assistance with installation, product capabilities, and general use of the products. Installation problems, licensing issues, or reproducible product defects do not require a Maintenance Contract for you to receive assistance.

Q: What happens if you want an upgrade but you are not current with maintenance?
A: The amount of license and/or maintenance fees will depend on how long your maintenance has not been current. If your maintenance has lapsed for less than one year, please contact our sales department for the cost of renewing your maintenance.
If your maintenance has lapsed for more than one year, Decisioneering will require you to pay the published upgrade price and a full year of future maintenance.
